For those calling the 800-number [800-395-7046] and saying you want reservations for the International Theosophy Conferences, August 6, 7 & 8, make sure you mention that it is at the Radisson-USC, Los Angeles Hotel. In this way they will quickly find the block of rooms reserved for us.
1. LODGING REGISTRATION: Radisson Hotel: PHONE: (800) 395-7046. FAX: 213-746-3255. A block of rooms is being held in reserve for our conference. Indicate to the reservation person you would like to register for the International Theosophy Conference. The rate is $70.00 per night plus tax. Although they are listed as student dorms, they are the standard hotel rooms. There are two twin beds to a room – two can stay in a room at the same rate. WE ARE REQUESTING TWO REGISTRATIONS. (1) Register for your rooms directly with the Hotel; (2) Register for the Conference with this Form.
MEALS: There will be two meals you will need to pay for on your own at nearby restaurants or at the hotel. THE COST OF THE FRIDAY LUNCH IS INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION. All other meals will be provided for by ULT students.
2. REGISTRATION FOR CONFERENCE. We are asking all attendees to register for the Conference so that meal planning and facility needs are accommodated. THIS REGISTRATION INCLUDES THE FRIDAY LUNCH (49.00) (see financial information), PARKING, AND A CHARGE FOR THE ALL DAY FRIDAY MEETING ROOM. Fill out the form below.
3. DONATIONS: While ULT does not ask for contributions, International Theosophy Conferences, Inc. (A separate organization) is suggesting a $50 or more contribution to help with organizational costs including accounting, liability insurance, program filming, and advertising.
