DORM AND HOTEL INFORMATION

DORMS:

Barclay has 3 floors w/ 11 bathrooms:
        First Floor has 3 bathrooms
        Second Floor has 3 bathrooms
        Third Floor has 3 bathrooms
        Fourth Floor has 2 bathrooms

Each bathroom has 2 toilets, 2 sinks, and 2 showers.  We provide soap in dispensers at the sinks with paper towels.  There are approximately 30 people/floor on the first 3 floors and 10 people on the 4th floor.
There are two dorm buildings (Lloyd and Barclay) set aside for our conference at the college.  The Lloyd dorm has six single rooms to a suite, and each suite shares one bathroom.  The Barclay building has single rooms with 2-3 bathrooms per floor.  For those wanting private bathrooms, there are hotels in the area which can accommodate this need.  For those wishing to contact hotels in the area close to Haverford College, go to: http://www.haverford.edu/visiting/lodging.php. For those who can stay on campus in the dorms, the cost (including all meals) is $50.00 per night per person ($150.00 for three nights).  At this point, we cannot determine if those wishing to stay for less than three nights can be accommodated. 

HOTEL INFORMATION

Radnor Hotel has arranged for 30 rooms to be available to us, $139.00 per night for a king size bed, $149.00 per night for 2 double beds. The Radnor has informed us that it is better to call them rather than make reservations online. Their phone number is 610-588-5800 or 800-537-3000. Call between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Cancellations must be received before arrival. Check-in time is 3:00 pm, checkout time is 12:00 Noon.

It is about 4 miles down the street from the college. Also, 15 rooms are available at the Radnor Hotel on the 6th. 30 rooms are available on the 7th-9th of August.
