| GOOD TO KNOW ABOUT THE HAVERFORD COLLEGE REGISTRATION
NOTE: The college is providing an extraordinary opportunity for our conference. For $50 per day one can stay at a college dorm room and get all three of their daily meals. So, the total cost of the conference would be $150 which includes all three days. There are no charges for any of the presentations and none of the presenters is paid. We have included a line on the registration form for a donation to help cover expenses associated with the conference. OTHER IMPORTANT FEATURES TO BE AWARE OF: 1. Do not lose your room key once it is issued. For every lost or damaged key there is a $125 charge. 2. The location of the registration area will be shown once you are on campus as there will be signs posted around the campus. 3. All dorm rooms have window air conditioners. 4. At time of registration all dorm rooms will have one bed, linens, two bath towels, and one washcloth. 5. If one wants to stay off campus and buy meals on campus, the charge is: Breakfast $10.00, Lunch $$20.00, Dinner $30.00. However, the college has to be notified by July 11, 2008, for there to be individual meals served. 6. For those coming one day before the conference begins and/or wanting to stay one day after the conference, they will need to seek this lodging at nearby hotels. The dorm rooms at the college will only be available on the 7th, 8th, and 9th of August. |
