New Theosophy Children's Class in Denver!

I'm just checking in to see how you're coming along in developing a program for children.  I'm delighted to report that we'll be having our first-ever theosophical meeting for children on June 20.  We'll meet in one location, then take a short walk to the wooded banks of a creek where we will build fairy houses.  See www.FairyHouses.com for info and inspiration.  Then we'll head back to the clubhouse for sack lunches and popsickles.  This will be a great opportunity to discuss the unseen world around us, clairvoyance, nature spirits, etc.

I've just recently learned that Shirley Nicholson published a book in 1969 for children called "Nature's Merry-Go-Round" which teaches kids about cycles in nature.  Shirley used to teach children about nature at Pumpkin Hollow in the summer.  It's long since out of print, but copies are available on Amazon.  I should have a copy of it in a few days.  I understand that it contains suggested activities (much better all around than simply study material) for kids to do that demonstrate nature's cycles.

I'm enclosing a pdf version of the book, "Life-Spark Stories," an exquisite story written for children about how life moves from kingdom to kingdom, learning lessons and evolving.

I've edited the book significantly and hope to have a new version of it published with colorful illustrations for today's children.  But in the meantime, perhaps you would enjoy using the original.

Cute rabbit!  ;0)    Yes, you have my permission to publish the new info on the website.  And here's a paragraph you can add if you don't mind:

DeVorss Publishers offers some books and activities for children--here's the link: http://www.devorss.com/ I haven't seen any of them, but the four-booklet course of games and activities looks promising.
